All I want to do is trying to show the world “the other side of Pakistan”💟hope you enjoy..

It is particularly rich in antioxidants and vitamins. It is found to improve our immune system, to control blood sugar levels, reduce damage to cells and prevent cardiovascular diseases. But, if you add milk to your tea, its beneficial effects on your vascular system go away.

Yes, it is absolutely healthy to drink milk tea. Milk tea has two of the most healthiest compounds in a single drink CALCIUM & ANTIOXIDANTS. As it probably has less than 45mg of caffeine which is healthy amount for a body. It is not unhealthy but you will not absorb the antioxidants from tea when adding milk.

Boil the water and add tea in it .When you see the bubble comes out and the water is change into black tea then add milk and sugar according to your taste and colour and it the last before drink add additional flavour like cinnamon powder or stick but very little amount and enjoy the tea 🙂

Hope you all having a great day..
